Charles Grant, Director of the Center for European Reform and Katinka Barysch, deputy director of the CER were invited to visit our institute on June 17th, and had academic exchanges with our institute on topics of “EU-China relations” and “Russia-EU relations”.
Professor Charles Grant argued that EU and China should focus their strategic dialogue on issues like climate change, non-proliferation, Africa and global governance in order to construct a more solid and durable relationship. And he kindly gave his new report “Can Europe and China shape a new world order?” to our institute as a present.
