On November 19th, Mr. Xu Mingqi, vice president of SIES, director of center for European Studies of SASS, was invited to give lecture on “European economy and investment opportunities after financial crisis” at The 5th International Chemical Manufacturers Summit, organized by Sino-EU Chemical Manufacturers Association, United Nations Industrial Development Organization.
