On January 29th, Dr. Klaus Ebermann, Former Head of European Commission Delegation to China, was invited to SIES to have discussions on EU-China relation, the Lisbon Treaty and its impact. Dr. Klaus Ebermann also exchanged gifts with Prof. Dai Bingran, the president of SIES afterwards. SIES member Wu Yikang, Fan Jun, Ding Chun, Zhang Zuqian and Secretariat staff of SIES joined the discussion.
