On February 2nd, Mr. Francois Gere, President of Institut Français d'Analyse Stratégique, famous expert on international strategic issues, was invited to SIES to have discussions on current EU-China relation, the development of Lisbon Treaty and its impact on EU integration. SIES member Wu Yikang, Fan Jun, Ding Chun, Chen Zhimin, Chen Yugang, Pan Zhongqi and Secretariat staff of SIES joined the discussion.
