On March 23rd, SIES together with the Institute of Eurasia Studies of SASS held a seminar on the hot issues of ASEM. Scholars discussed the impact of the accession of Russia and Australia in the development progress of ASEM. SIES member Dai Bingran, Wu Yikang, Zhang Zuqian, Pan Guang, Dai Yichen and Wang Zhen contributed to the discussion.
