On March 24th, Ms. Laurence Tubiana, director of the Institute of Sustainable Development and International Relations was invited to SIES to give a speech on the results and lessons of Copenhagen Conference, and had discussions with Scholars. SIES member Dai Bingran, Wu Yikang, Cao Ziheng, Zhang Zuqian, Xiao Yunshang, Dai Qixiu and, Bo Yan, associate professor of Fudan University, Yu Hongyuan, associate research fellow of Shanghai Institute for International Studies, Wen Huajian, chef economist of Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Dr. Wang Tao from WWF joined the discussion.
