On July 2nd, Prof. Jenik Radon, School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University and Dr. Elizabeth Wishnick, Weatherhead East Asian Institute, Colimbia University, invited by senior adviser of SIES, director of Shanghai International Studies Center, Prof. Pan Guang, paid a visit to SIES and had discussions with scholars on the impact of BP Gulf of Mexico disaster towards Central Asia, Russia and Caucasus and the current situation of Central Asia.
