On November 3rd, Mr. Etienne Reuter, Former head of the European Commission Delegation to Hong Kong, was invited to SIES to have discussion on “EU-China relations”. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Xu Mingqi, vice-president of SIES, Li lezeng, Chen Zhimin, Wang Zhiqaing, Zhu Tianxiang, Pan Xingming, Song Lilei, Mao Yiqing and staffs of Secretariat joined the meeting.
