Mr. Guan Yuqian became the advisor of SIES

    On April 28^th, Mr. Guan Yuqian, a well-known Chinese scholar based in Germany, and Dr. Sun Xiaoping were invited to visit SIES. Mr. Guan accepted the invitation of being advisor of SIES. Prof. Dai Bingran, President of SIES, Prof. Wu Yikang, Honorary President of SIES, Secretary-general Cao Ziheng, Prof. Dai Qixiu, Prof. Wang Guangcheng, Mrs. Ye Yuming and secretariat staffs attended the ceremony. The scholars also exchanged views on such topical issues as Libya, Radioactive Leakage in Japan, Rising of Extreme-Rightist in France, Fragmentation of the EU, and EU-China Relations.
