From 12th to 13th of October, Dr. Ralph Obermauer, Academic Advisor to the chairman of the parliamentary group of German Green Party, visited our institute by invitation. On 12th, Dr. Ralph Obermauer made a presentation on the stands and attitudes of German political parties upon sovereign debt crisis. He exchanged opinions with Professor Dai Bingran, Professor Wu Yikang, Professor Zheng Chunrong, Professor Dai Qixiu, and Professor Cui Hongwei. On 13th, Dr. Ralph Obermauer talked with Chinese scholars and researchers again, over the issues related to China’s political, economic, and social development. Chinese participants of the conference on 13th included Professor Wu Yikang, Professor Xu Mingqi, Professor Gui Yong, Professor Liu Chunrong, Professor Liu Jingbei, and Professor Hu Jian. The Secretary of our institute also attended these two conferences.
