On the afternoon of November the 8th, leaders of our institute held a business conference for some arrangements of this year’s annual symposium and affairs related to the compiling and publishing of colloquia. It was determined on this conference that the 2011 annual symposium would be sponsored by Shanghai International Studies University on December 29th. The theme of this annual symposium shall be “A Transitional Europe in the International System: Challenges and Trends”. All the papers and dissertations submitted by the participants of this symposium will be collected aftermath and transferred to editors to be edited and compiled into the 3rd colloquia in the next year.
