On the morning of December 20th of 2012, Dr. Michael Reiterer, a senior advisor of the European External Action Service, paid a visit to the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES), and made some exchanges and discussions with Professor Dai Bingran, president of SIES, Professor Xu Mingqi and Dr. Cao Ziheng, vice presidents of SIES, and members of SIES' secretariat, over the issues related to the EU-China relations.
