On the afternoon of April 17th, Dr. Zhou Yun, from the German Institute of Global and Area Studies, visited SIES and had a discussion on China-EU Bilateral Investment Treaty Negotiation with scholars including Wu Yikang, Xu Mingqi, Dai Qixiu, Cui Hongwei, Ding Chun, Cao Ziheng, Ye Yuming, Yang Haifeng, etc.
