On the morning of April 30th, SIES held a seminar on the trilateral relations among China, Africa and Europe, chaired by Mr. Cao Ziheng, SIES’s vice chairman and secretary-in-general. Attendants included Zhang Zhongxiang, Yu Jianhua, Dai Qixiu, Wang Zhiqiang, Wang Duanyong, Liu Lirong, Ye Yuming, Yang Haifeng and other African schoalrs.
