On the afternoon of August 21st, Dr. Huang Bonong from the City University of Hong Kong visited SIES, and made discussions over the Issues related to the South China Sea with Dr. Cao Ziheng, Prof. Dai Qixiu, Prof. Wang Zhiqiang, Prof. Zhang Chao, Prof. Qian Yunchun, Prof. Qiu Meilong, Dr. Feng Chao, Ms. Ye Yuming and Dr. Yang Haifeng.
