On the March 6th of 2015, the SIES held a special meeting on the topic of “the Situations of the Central and Eastern Europe and Its Foreign Relations”, which was participated in by Yang Ye, Xia Liping, Shang Yuhong, Song Lilei, Hu Liyan, Cao Ziheng, Ye Yuming, and Yang Haifeng.
