On the afternoon of the April 17th, the SIES held a conference on the “Dilemma of the German Foreign Policy”. The participants of this conference were major members of the SIES, including Prof. Wu Yikang, Prof. Dai Bingran, Prof. Ding Chun, Prof. Zheng Chunrong, Prof. Dai Qixium, Prof. Wu Huiping, Prof. Liu Lirong, Mr. Chen Tao, Dr. Cao Ziheng, Ms. Ye Yuming, and Dr. Yang Haifeng.
