The SIES held a Leadership-Party Working Group Joint Meeting.

    On the afternoon of November 5^th, the SIES held a leadership-party working group joint meeting. This meeting was participated in by Prof. XU Mingqi, Prof. WU Yikang, Prof. DAI Bingran, Mr. WANG Xiaoshu, Prof. YANG Fengming, Prof. YE Jiang, Prof. DAI Qixiu, Dr. CAO Ziheng, and Dr. YANG Haifeng. On this meeting, a final-stage grading and adjudication was made on all the papers submitted to the contest for the prizes for excellent academic papers of young scholars, and the list of prize winners was finally determined. Furthermore, detailed arrangements were made for the academic month of SIES, which was part of the special month for joint academic activities promoted by the Shanghai Association of Social Sciences. The participants of this meeting also listened to report by the secretariat of the SIES on the work of this year and discussed the work for opening the 2015 annual assembly of SIES. It was hereby determined that the 2015 annual assembly of SIES would be held on the afternoon of December 26^th in the East China University of Technology.
