On the afternoon of July 1st, the Shanghai Institute for European Studies held a small symposium. On this symposium, scholars made discussions on the document of “Elements for a New EU Strategy on China”, which was issued by the EU Commission on June 22nd. The participants of this symposium include: XU Mingqi, WU Yikang, YE Jiang, XIN Hua, DAI Yichen, CAO Ziheng, YE Yuming, and YANG Haifeng.
