On the morning of July 22nd, Prof. Steven Blockmans, senior research fellow and head of the EU Foreign Policy studies of the Center for European Policy Study (CEPS), visited the SIES, and made a presentation on the Influence of Brexit. He also held discussions and exchanged ideas with Shanghai scholars on the topics of EU Global Strategy, EU’s China Strategy, EU-U.S. relations, and EU-Russia relations. The participants of this meeting were: XU Mingqi, WU Yikang, DAI Bingran, YE Jiang, LI Lifan, XIN Hua, LONG Jing, DAI Yichen, CAO Ziheng, and YANG Haifeng.
