On the afternoon of March 3rd, a ceremony was held for the signing of the Referendum of Cooperation between the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES, represented by Dr. CAO Ziheng, the Secretary-General of the SIES) and the Faculty of Security Studies of the University of Belgrade (represented by Ivica Radovic, the Dean of the Faculty of Security Studies). It is a signal that both parties of this referendum will take joint efforts to strengthen their academic exchanges and cooperation, with a focus on the security risk assessment and relevant researches for the “One Belt One Road”. The participants of this ceremony included: Dr. YANG Haifeng and other members of the SIES, Prof. Zoran Dragisic, Prof. Darko Trifunovic, and other scholars from Serbia.
