On May 31st, Mr. Emmanuel Dubois de Prisque from the Thomas More Institute of France visited the SIES and made a presentation on the “French Election and Its Influence on the Europe and the World”. After the presentation, Mr. Emmanuel Dubois de Prisque exchanged opinions and discussed with Shanghai scholars of European studies, on issues relevant to the French election and the Chinese initiative of Belt and Road. The participants of this discussion included: CAO Ziheng, SONG Qing, XIN Hua, XUE Sheng, YANG Haifeng, YE Yuming, ZANG Shumei, and ZHANG Ji.
