On the afternoon of December 12th 2017, the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES) held an enlarged leadership-party joint meeting, which was joined by both the leadership and the party working group of the SIES. The participants of this meeting included: SIES president XU Mingqi, SIES honorary president DAI Bingran, SIES vice presidents YANG Fengmin and YE Jiang, SIES secretary-general CAO Ziheng, SIES deputy secretaries-general DAI Qixiu and YANG Haifeng, as well as the representative LIU Jun on behalf of the SIES vice president FENG Shaolei. Former SIES president WU Yikang and SIES secretariat member YE Yuming also took part in this meeting.
