On June 19th 2018, a lecture meeting was held in Tongji University. This meeting was jointly sponsored and organized by the Institute of German Studies of Tongji University, the Shanghai International Studies University, and the Shanghai Institute for European Studies. Mr. SHI Mingde, who is the Chinese ambassador to Germany, was invited to come to the meeting and gave a lecture on the topic of “current China-Germany and China-Europe relations”. Over 40 scholars participated in this meeting.
