On the morning of December 29th 2018, the Shanghai Federation of Social Science Associations (SFSSA) held the 10th conference for the work of academic societies of philosophy and social sciences. On this conference, the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES) was one of the 38 academic societies in Shanghai that were awarded the “Prize for 2015-2017 Excellent Academic Societies in Shanghai”. “Observers SIES” sponsored and organized by the SIES was one of the 43 featured activities organized by these academic societies that were awarded the “Prize for Featured Activities”. Dr. LONG Jing, Dr. CAO Ziheng and other 131 staff members were honored and rewarded as “Excellent Society Workers of Academic Societies”.
