On the afternoon of April 8th, 2019, the Shanghai Institute for European Studies held a discussion meeting on the issues related to the document “Strategic Outlook on EU-China Relations”, which was jointly issued by the European Commission and the High Representative of European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy. The participants of this meeting were: Dr. CAO Ziheng, Prof. DAI Bingran, Ms. LONG Jing, Prof. WU Yikang, Prof. XU Mingqi, Dr. YANG Haifeng, Prof. YE Jiang, Prof. ZHANG Ji, and Mr. ZHU Yichen.
