On the afternoon of September 10th of 2019, Dr. Werner Fasslabend, former Austrian Defense Minister and Dean of the Austrian Institute for European and Security Policy (AIES) paid a visit to the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES), together with Dr. Walter Feichtinger, Dean of the Institute of Peace Support and Conflict Management of the Austrian Defense Institute, and Mr. Michael Zinkanell, Researcher of the AIES. They discussed the issues of European situations and the China-Europe relations with Prof. XU Mingqi, Prof. DAI Bingran, Dr. CAO Ziheng, Dr. YANG Haifeng, Prof. SONG Lilei, Prof. YANG Yunzhen, and Mr. ZHU Yichen.
