On March 5, 2021, the launch event for Biennial Report on European Economies 2019-2020 was held in Shanghai. This launch event was sponsored by the SIES and organized by the Center for European Studies of the East China University of Science and Technology. This report reviews the 2019-2020 economic situation of the EU, Germany, France, the UK, Northern Europe, Southern Europe and Central and Eastern Europe and the EU-China economic and trade cooperation, and also analyzes the economic outlook. More than 20 report authors and academics attended this conference. This report and the event have attracted wide coverage by local media.
