On December 28, 2024, the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES) and the Shanghai Institute for Russian, East European & Central Asian Studies co-organized an academic seminar on “The situation in Europe and the Direction of China-Europe Relations” at the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies. The seminar was part of the first Super Annual Conference in international relations studies of the Shanghai Federation of Social Science Associations. Experts and scholars from Fudan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tongji University, East China Normal University, Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai Institute for International Studies discussed and exchanged views on the topic.
