On the afternoon of June 5, 2024, Jan Orbie, Professor of Ghent University in Belgium, visited the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES) and gave a speech on the European Parliament election and the prospect of European integration. Prof. Ding Chun, president of SIES, presided over the symposium.
