On the afternoon of September 4, 2023, the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES) held an expanded leadership and Party building work meeting. President Ding Chun, Vice presidents Liu Jun, Wu Huiping, Yu Jianhua, Zhang Yinghong, Secretary General Yang Haifeng, Deputy Secretary General Jian Junbo, Long Jing, Song Lilei, Xin Hua, Honorary Presidents Wu Yikang, Dai Bingran, Xu Mingqi and Supervisor Yang Fengmin attended the meeting. The meeting studied the spirit of the Party building work meeting and the Summer Presidential Forum of the Shanghai Federation of Social Science Associations, and the Deputy Secretary-General Jian Junbo reported the results of the research trip in Serbia. The meeting also discussed this year’s work arrangements of the institute.
