On the afternoon of September 6th, 2022, Prof. Xu Mingqi, President of the Shanghai Institute for European Studies (SIES), gave a lecture to the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality on the most recent situations in the Europe. Prof. Xu Mingqi was invited by this commission and Mr. Xie Wenlan, deputy director of this commission participated in this lecture.
