On the afternoon of October 27, 2023, the Shanghai Institute for European Studies
(SIES), the Center for European Studies of Fudan University and the European Union
Studies Branch of the Chinese Association for European Studies jointly held an
international seminar on "China-EU Economic and Trade Relations" at Fudan
University. Francoise Nicolas, Director of the Centre for Asian and Indo-Pacific Studies
at the French Institute of International Relations (IFRI), and Daniel Gros, director of
the Institute for European Policymaking at Bocconi University in Italy, Ding Chun, president of the SIES and other dozens of experts and scholars from Europe and
China participated in the meeting.
